Madruby play multiple macro3/29/2023 ![]() Please resolve this! I will be returning my new Corsair mouse and unless this is resolved I'll be switching to a different manufacturer entirely in the future that I know already supports the use of multiple macros running simultaneously. There is even free software out there made by single people that can create several macros running repeatedly through any mouse/keyboard on the market, and yet Corsair, a world-wide billion dollar company can't do this? If Corsair keeps stating that then it's merely due to lack of knowledge, and not lack of possibility. So you generally have the standalone macros you need, and then write a separate macro that contains them both. MadRuby has a handy multi-play feature that allows you to repeat your macro a specified number of times, in the example above youd instruct it to repeat 22. How come it was working perfectly fine when I had two separate devices? How hard can it be to program proper input from different macros? I mean, other manufacturers can do this, so provenly it IS possible. You can chain multiple macros together, but they need to be written carefully to allow it, and once done, they often dont work on their own any more. I was searching old threads and the only official reply I could find was from a couple of years ago where someone said that this is a limitation within the OS/Windows. Literally making my new device completely useless to me (and it will be returned unless this is fixable). Well, now that both my devices are Corsair, I've noticed that it's no longer possible to have 2 macros running simultaneously. In the loop you can set a timer or you can test for end of audio file or you can read some button. the keyboard, stop recording and play it back as many times as you want, anywhere you want. ![]() ![]() Quite a few gaming keyboards come with dedicated macro keys, both for PCs and the included keyboards on gaming laptops. So I figured to make it easier for myself, I'll replace the mouse from the other manufacturer so I'll have everything consolidated into iQUE. It needs to be continuously, so you will need non blocking code. While a macro key can be used for multiple productivity reasons, in most cases they’re used as shortcuts for a combination of keystrokes. Later, you can click Play to repeat mouse and keyboard actions in a loop. You can record mouse movements with the Record and Stop options quickly. I've been using one macro toggle that repeats constantly on the keyboard, and a separate one on my mouse that repeats while I hold down the right mouse button. Axife Mouse Recorder is a desktop mouse recorder with an action wizard editor. So I've been using a Corsair keyboard and a mouse from another manufacturer.
